#Snapped: Waiting for the Christmas Star

Rose Vowles captured this moment on December 21st, and shared the following info about it.

“On winter solstice 2020, while waiting to see the Christmas Star, I saw this rare view at sunset. I was looking east over Lander. Sun rays in the east? These are called Anti-Crepuscular Rays. This occurs when low-angled sunlight gets blocked by cloud cover and are visible on the opposite horizon.” -Rose
