#Snapped: Lander 6th-graders work with scientists on Gas Hills sagebrush project

Lander Middle School 6th graders recently had the opportunity to work with scientists on a project in the Gas Hills area.

Students helped the scientists plant over 500 sagebrush plants.

They learned how drones are used to monitor those plants, and how they affect wildlife. Staff says it was a great project and great practice for the upcoming LMS Science Fair.
