Gannet Peak Sports in Lander recently moved a whopping 10 steps down the street to occupy the building vacated by Shirts & More and Ken & Betty’s ice cream shop. Ok, maybe it’s more than 10 steps, but it’s not far – and yet feels so different.
The move was the result of the chance to own their building instead of rent. This will allow them the opportunity to adapt and design the space for their purposes and new ideas.
They didn’t waste time and quickly added a huge mural to the side of the building. Then posed in front of it 🙂
At their Grand Re-Opening on Wednesday night this week, owner Thomas Pede said around 200 friends and customers came out to celebrate.
Thomas told County 10, the number one question everyone has about the move: “are you still going to have spin classes?”
The answer? Yes. Absolutely.
