Riverton youth hockey teams had the opportunity to compete at the Pinedale Freeze Up tournament this weekend.
3-on-3 hockey play featured a 12U team, a 10U team, and an 8U team. Many of the players on the Riverton squads had not had the opportunity to have even practiced so far this season and played against teams who have been on the ice since late August or early September.
The 8U team went undefeated, winning all 4 of their games, and were crowned 2018 Pinedale Freeze Up champions.
The 8U team was made up of: Grady Eagle, Vicente Green, Grayson McKerchie, Isaac Oland, Drake Hughes, Tatum Eagle, and Brayton Terry.
