    Sheriff’s report given at April 12th Commissioner meeting

    (Fremont County, WY) – Sheriff Ryan Lee of the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) gave the monthly Commission Report at the April 12th Fremont County Commissioners’ meeting today.

    In total, the Sheriff’s Office has responded to 1,702 calls for service so far this year.

    There were a total of 186 bookings for the month of March, down 9 from the previous month.

    Of these bookings, 83 were for RPD, 55 for FCSO, 34 for LPD, 6 for WHP, 1 for USM, 4 for SPD and 3 extraditions.

    The current inmate population sits at 164 in house, and 168 total in custody. This includes 118 males, 45 females and five juveniles.

    In terms of sentencing demographics, 60 have been sentenced (40 males, 20 females).

    108 have been pre-adjudicated. Up five from the previous month.

    So far there have been 20 search and rescue missions for this fiscal year, compared to 33 this time last year. Of these missions, air resources were utilized eight times, and there have been four fatalities.
