Lander, WY July 19, 2019 – Shelby Hickerson of Sugarpine Photography in Lander, WY has earned the Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) designation from Professional Photographers of America (PPA). Hickerson earned this designation after completing an intensive program that measures her artistic and technical competence. She specializes in fine art, portraits, and pet photography. Professional Photographers of America currently recognizes fewer than 2,500 CPPs.
“As a child, photography was something I sincerely enjoyed, and I am so thankful to have been able to rediscover my passion. Becoming a certified photographer was important to me because I believe that through education our industry will continue to grow and flourish.
