Job Description

Completes inpatient records by following the process of chart assembly, deficiency analysis and recording of information into the current electronic health record tracking system for incomplete records.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Minimum Work Experience
1-year experience in an HIM department
3 years office experience

Required Skills
Experience/Knowledge of medical record functions
