(Lander, WY) – The road to Moccasin Lake and Dickinson Park is now back open, according to a post on the Shoshone and Arapaho Fish and Game Facebook page.
The road was closed on September 11th due to the Sand Creek Fire, in order to ensure fire crews could get to the scene and provide the materials needed for the responders.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and according to a Wednesday press release, The Incident Team will only be providing updates if there is a significant change in fire activity.
While official updates are no longer being sent out, InciWeb now tracks the fire at 75 percent containment as of Friday, September 24th.
