(Riverton, WY) – Destiny Dower has delivered scratch-made, gourmet meals to the community for over a year since she opened the Private Chef. She is now excited to open Amóre a food trailer serving up a variety of Italian and Spanish dishes.
The grand opening is July 1st-3rd and will be open for lunch from 11 am to 1:30 pm at their permanent home in the former Gunners parking lot next to the Paintbrush Motel.
The trailer has awnings and seating so you eat there or take it to go. Destiny shared they will offer the whole menu including entrees and salads.
She has been working hard at providing catering and meal prep services as the Private Chef so she could eventually see her dream of opening a food truck/trailer come to fruition.
She is a professionally trained chef with a degree from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, Colorado and is also a Central Wyoming College alumnus.
In addition to the permanent location, Destiny will offer remote catering out of the trailer and you might even catch her at local events.
Next week she will be open Monday through Thursday from 11 am to 1:30 pm.
