(Riverton, WY) – Spring 2022 will see groundbreaking for the new location of the Brown Sugar Roastery according to owner Amanda Henry. Henry explains that the new location is currently a parking lot located at the corner of 5th and Main in downtown Riverton.
According to the architectural plans, customers will enjoy gourmet coffee and a widely varied menu in a large glass-enclosed, two-story building featuring a spacious atrium and open concept loft.
For the past couple of years, Brown Sugar has operated out of the space long occupied by The Broker, where offerings have expanded well beyond just coffee and tea. Henry describes her desire to present a menu that is adventurous, yet familiar – a concept that has made it a favorite of local restaurant patrons. Once construction is underway, Henry expects that it will take approximately three to four months for the Grand Opening to take place.
While details remain vague, expect the current location to undergo a major remodel, emerging later as Riverton’s latest steak house and dinner destination. Amanda Henry has big plans for her businesses and, if history is any indicator, area diners are in for a treat.
