23-year-old Raimee Renae Dempster, of Riverton, is facing a possession of a deadly weapon with unlawful intent charge and 3 misdemeanor charges for driving under the influence of alcohol with children in vehicle, reckless endangering, and battery, for an alleged altercation taking place in September.
Following her preliminary hearing in Riverton’s Circuit Court on March 16, 2021, Dempster’s case moved to District Court for arraignment occurring today, April 9, 2021.
During the arraignment hearing with Judge Condor, Dempster pleaded “not guilty” to the charge prompting a jury trial, which was set for August 16, 2021.
Dempster is currently out on bond as she awaits trial.
