Riverton Teton Therapy to host OT 5k Run

Teton Therapy announced plans to host its first 5k race. The “Teton Therapy OT 5k” will be held Saturday, April 23rd starting at 10:00 am at its Riverton Clinic, 1406 W Main Street in Riverton. The OT 5k takes place during National Occupational Therapy Month and will celebrate the contributions occupational therapists make to our communities and our lives.

There are four race categories – Men’s, Women’s, Seniors, and Kids. “But even if you don’t finish first, we have some amazing prizes to raffle off courtesy of our community partners,” said Jeanna Fegler, a Physical Therapist Assistant at Teton Therapy and OT 5k race coordinator. Prizes include everything from merchandise from Murdoch’s to a $100 gift card from the Big Horn Co-op Cenex, to automotive services from Gunner’s Automotive.

“It’s really been exciting to see the support from the various businesses. Of course, it’s all for a good cause,” said Fegler. Proceeds from the race will benefit Community Entry Services. Teton Therapy has a long history of supporting local causes, with donations to PAWS Riverton, Abba’s House, local sports booster clubs and more.
