(Riverton, WY) – On Monday, July 26th, the Splash Pad in Riverton City Park will be open to the public, according to a post on the city of Riverton Facebook page.
After a couple years of setbacks, the Pad will now be available to help citizens cool down, with operation hours starting at 10 AM to 2 PM, and 4 PM to 8 PM.
The city appreciates your patience as Sletten Construction, Rawhide Mechanical, and the city crews worked to find solutions to problems that prevented the safe operation of the facility.
The City would also like people to know that it will continue to make improvements to areas surrounding the pad over the next few weeks, such as the installation of benches, sod restoration, and better drainage around the concrete pad.
