Riverton School Board meeting tonight in regular session, tomorrow for student discipline issue
(Riverton, Wyo.) – The Fremont County School District #25 Board of Trustees will be meeting in regular session Tuesday night at 7 p.m. and then again Wednesday at 3 p.m. in an executive session for student discipline issues.
Tuesday night’s meeting highlights will include presentation of a diploma to a graduate of the Fremont Academy, and out-of-state travel request for the Wolverine basketball team to attend a a clinic later this month and for the RHS Key Club to travel to Colorado in April.
Bid awards that are scheduled include one for new Chromebook carts and Chromeboxes to a vendor in Casper and a construction contract for the Aquatic Center’s boiler and electrical upgrades to a Cody firm.
Several small grants are also on the agenda for approval.
The meeting is in the Administrative Offices at 121 North 5th West.
Wednesday’s executive session is planned to begin at 3 p.m. with a dinner break set for 5:30 to 6 p.m. and then reconvene into the executive session after the meal.
Tuesday’s meeting is open to the public.
