Riverton family shares appreciation for responders, medical providers during their time of need

A Riverton family reached out to County 10 to share a thank you message to the Riverton Police Department (RPD), AMR Fremont County and Riverton SageWest Health Care for being there in their time of need during the early morning hours of May 11th. County 10 has chosen to keep the name of the family private, but those who were there will know.

Responding from RPD were Jacob Nation, Casey Tadewald, Kingston Cole, and Brandon Brookover. “These offices were quick, calm, compassionate, and collective,” the family shared. “They did everything they could reviving our dad and assisting the great EMT members who also were there. They worked in a small area and did their best.”

He was then rushed to SageWest Health Care in Riverton where the “team did not give up,” and was life-flighted to Casper where he got to “say his goodbyes to his entire family.”

We the family would like to thank all the men and women who were there for us in this. We appreciate everything the officers and all the hospital workers and emergency workers were able to do, for not only us but the entire community. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
