Riverton City Council approves 3 open container permits for July events

Over the last two Riverton City Council meetings, council members and Mayor Baker have approved open container permits for three different events.

Two of the events will be this Friday, July 20th. Bar 10, at 114 S Broadway Ave, was given an open container permit This will be in conjunction with the Friday Night Cruise event in downtown Riverton. Bar 10 will have live music from band, Jared & The Mill along with outdoor games and food. This permit is for between 4:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.

The Boot Bar and Grill at 702 East Main St. also received approval for an open container permit for Friday, July 20th. Band, Barcode 307 has announced they will be playing a concert near The Boot Friday night. This permit is good for 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Finally, an open container permit was awarded to a benefit volleyball and cornhole tournament July 28th at the Riverton Softball Fields. This permit is for between 7:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.
