Riverton artist has pieces for sale in Hobby Lobby stores across the U.S.

Riverton artist Shannon Watts recently announced he has artwork for sale in Hobby Lobby stores across the US. Specializing in automotive illustration and fine art, the two pieces you can currently find in stores are a ’70 Road Runner and a ’63 Corvette.

These two pieces will soon be available online through home goods company Wayfair and you can find them online now through Sunbelt Gifts.

The pieces measure in at 20 3/4 x 16 3/4, and are in a low profile 3D style, Watts shared with County 10. The background is printed on wood and the cars are printed on metal so they are slightly lifted off the surface.

This venture started in 2019 while he was attending SEMA, an automotive tradeshow, in Las Vegas. Everything transpired after a conversation with the Sunbelt Gifts owner who has ties to Wayfair and Hobby Lobby, Watts explained.

Shelby America is also licensing a piece from Watts for their spring buy – a ’65 Mustang Fastback on a wrapped canvas.
