(Riverton, WY) – The Riverton High School Key Club got an early start to fundraising for their annual Thanksgiving baskets giveaway last week when First Interstate Bank in Riverton donated $1,500 to their initiative.
For over a decade, the RHS Key Club has helped feed community members in need during the Thanksgiving holiday. This year, they teamed up with Foundations for Nations to give out 250 food baskets on November 20th.
Accepting the donation on behalf of the RHS Key Club was Brett Jones and Francesca Jones. Brett is the president of the club and senior this year. You can hear him discuss the baskets on an earlier episode of the County 10 podcast here.
