    Reward for information about Jose “Pepe” Pereda increased; Has been missing for over one month

    70-year-old Fremont County resident Jose “Pepe” Pereda has been missing for over one month.

    His family reported him missing on September 5th as he was last seen in Riverton driving a white Toyota Tundra. On September 19th, his truck was found abandoned near the Gas Hills Road, southeast of Riverton.

    After a 5-day long search on foot, horseback, ATV, and aircraft offered no sign of Pereda, it was suspended.

    Jose’s family announced earlier this week, that the reward money for information regarding his disappearance has been increased to $10,500. Previously, there was a $5,000 offered.

    Pereda is described as 5’6 and 130lbs.
