Revised zoning code changes for Lander released

The revised proposal for Ordinance 1236 and the Title 4 proposed changes have been released by the City of Lander. This version will be discussed in a council work session on October 27th starting at 6:00 pm at the Lander Community and Convention Center, and available on zoom.

Changes are found in Title 4 on pages 53, 66-67, 69-71, and 89. This version is in accordance with the Councils’ most recent amendment for lot size changes. As previously mentioned by Lander City Council, short-term rental procedures are also being codified and are reflected in the edits.

On October 27th, City Council will have the option to discuss making additional changes as well but no votes can be taken in a work session. If there is a consensus at the work session to make additional changes, new edits will be drafted and reviewed for technical and legal accuracy before it can be put on the Council Regular session.

If no edits are suggested this version will be on the November 10th Council regular (voting) session. If substantial edits are suggested, the review process will not allow it to come before the Council on November 10th and the process will continue through reviews and edits until it is ready for a vote.

This is following the established procedures and due process for all Council actions. The revised versions are shared below.
