Daylight Donuts is Riverton’s favorite stop for just about everything: breakfast, donuts, lunch, donuts, ice cream, donuts, coffee and tea and…. donuts…. and they just opened their new shaved ice stand!Sure, you can get 24 flavors (and endless combinations) on perfectly shaved ice, but they’ve added a pretty cool twist to the menu. Try adding a scoop of locally made vanilla Yellowstone ice cream – yaaaasssss! It’s called the “Sno-Ball” and it really is as good as it sounds.
Their hours at the shaved ice stand are Fri – Sun, 10am – 7pm and Mon – Th, 3pm – 7pm.
Of course, inside Daylight Donuts you can always find scoops, floats, shakes, banana splits and more made with Yellowstone Ice Cream. Their ice cream is made right here in Riverton using the old Yellowstone Drug Store recipes and you can even buy it in pints, quarts and gallons.
