The Wyoming Breast Cancer Initiative presents the first-ever Pink Ribbon Run this Saturday, August 21st at SageWest in Riverton. Registration is at 7 am with the 5K walk or run starting at 8 am.
Register at www.wyomingbreastcancer.org OR https://secure.qgiv.com/event/2021prr/.
Next, form a team, post the event on Facebook so friends and family can donate, come to the event and have FUN!! Be sure to have some fun picking a great name for your team and get creative with your team outfits. There will be a “best name” contest at the event.
Our planning committee is really excited and we expect a fun, family-friendly event with lots of pink to not only celebrate the breast cancer warriors among us but also to honor those who have lost their battle.
Expect a family-friendly event with a laid-back atmosphere.

The Wyoming Breast Cancer Initiative is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization that raises funds and then grants those funds back into Wyoming-based breast cancer programs. Funds raised in Wyoming, stay in Wyoming. Its priorities are:
- Education & prevention;
- Early detection mammogram & diagnostic testing vouchers,
- Patient navigation (support to help access treatment),
- Survivor retreats and family supports
