Public hearing postponed for proposed Title 4 Zoning Code changes in Lander

Last night, the City of Lander planned to have the first reading of an ordinance to amend the City of Lander’s Title 4 Zoning Code. Due to virtual meeting difficulties, the public hearing has been rescheduled to July 14th at 6:00 pm. The location will be determined after the Governor’s new orders on large gatherings.

All comments submitted to date will carry over. Written questions and comments should be submitted by email to [email protected] prior to July 24th, 2020.

All City Ordinances require 3 readings before enactment. In addition to the Public Hearing and First Reading on July 14th, there will be opportunities to comment on the proposed zoning code changes at the Regular Council meetings on August 11th and September 8th.
