Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality shared the following:
The Wyoming Water and Waste Advisory Board (WWAB) will meet on October 17, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. in the main conference room at the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission Building, 2211 King Boulevard in Casper, Wyoming. The public is invited to attend and comment on the Fact Sheets, Guidelines, and proposed rules presented to the WWAB for its consideration.
Written and oral comments received beginning on September 6, 2019 and prior to the adjournment of the October 17, 2019 WWAB meeting will be considered. The Solid and Hazardous Waste Division and Water Quality Division request submittal of written and electronic comments by 5:00 p.m. (MST) on October 7, 2019 to ensure inclusion in the analysis of comments presentations to the WWAB.

- Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) Fact Sheet Revisions
- Summary: New VRP Fact Sheet #30, Vapor Intrusion, and updates to existing VRP Fact Sheets 8, 11, 20, 25, and 29. In addition, VRP Fact Sheet #12, Soil Cleanup Levels, and VRP Fact Sheet #13, Groundwater Cleanup Levels, are revised to update the total petroleum hydrocarbon groundwater cleanup levels.
