Probation and community service for driver in fatal pedestrian crash
(Lander, Wyo.) – The man who struck and killed a pedestrian in Riverton on November 10, 2016 changed his plea this afternoon and was sentenced. 35-year-old Jacob Matthew David pleaded no contest to one count of Vehicular Homicide. He was sentenced to one year of probation. As part of his probation sentence, David will be speaking to high school students about safe driving habits.
