    Precipitation, cooler temps expected to hang around this weekend

    (Fremont County, WY) – The much-needed break from hot, dry weather is currently underway and continues into the weekend. Highs Friday range from 67 to 72 degrees across the 10, according to the National Weather Service in Riverton.

    Widespread showers and isolated afternoon/evening thunderstorms are expected Friday. The southeastern portion of the county will see the most precipitation.

    “Temperatures will warm up starting Monday through the workweek, climbing into the 80s and low 90s,” said the NWSR.
