PAWS Pet of the Week – Meet Sis!

Sis is an almost 3-year-old Blue Heeler mix. She came in as a stray in November that wasn’t reclaimed. She was fostered but brought back because she had lots of energy. She was fostered again because they wanted a working dog but brought her back because she didn’t make a good working dog either. So, she needs a home that will hike with her, or take her to the dog park and let her run, or have a yard big enough for her to run around and burn some energy.

She was timid and unsure after all that, so we enrolled her in the Honor Dog Program with the Wyoming Honor Farm and she has done great. She has learned basic obedience, learned how to socialize with other dogs and people, and has been crate, leash, and house trained. She is graduating today and is ready to find a home that will help her keep flourishing.

She is spayed, microchipped,  up to date on vaccinations, and wormed.
