PAWS Pet of the Week – Meet Mark!

Mark is a 1 1/2-year-old Neutered male Domestic Shorthair kitty. He came to us as a stray that wasn’t reclaimed. He was stressed by all the noise and commotion here at the Shelter and he started pulling his hair out. We moved him to to the isolation room for a while and along with the quiet and special food, he healed up.

He is not fond of dogs at all so we moved him up to the front room at the Shelter and he has been doing really good up there. He loves to play and he has learned that he adores people and wants them to play through the kennel with him. He doesn’t mind being held.

Come meet Mark and see if he might be a good fit for you and the family.

He says, “No dogs, please!”

Paws for Life Animal League in Riverton’s lobby is now open and the schedule is Tuesday through Friday 12 to 5 pm, Saturday, 10 to 1 pm, and closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Stop by if you would like to meet Mark or any of our other adoptable animals, or call 857-6002 to schedule an appointment Tuesday through Saturday. You can also message their Facebook page to set an appointment up for a meet and greet.
