Rio is a 3 year old Boxer mix that was brought to Paws after his owner passed away and there was no one to care for him and his 4 fur siblings.

On another note, October is adopt a Shelter Dog month! Sweetwater Garden has graciously said that they will give everyone who adopts a shelter dog a $50 gift certificate to their shop to help promote adoptions throughout the month of October. So, come in and meet the critters at Paws, and you might just find your new family member!
October Adoptathons:
- Saturday October 20th from 10 to 2 @ Sweetwater Garden
- Spooky Saturday October 27th, they will have a Cat adoption event at Paws for Life from 10 to 2. Bring the kids in their costumes, they will have some candy. Purchase a walking taco and drink and support the critters at Paws as they await their fur-ever homes.
Lastly, Paws has moved to fall/winter hours. They will he open Tuesday through Friday from 12 to 5 and 10 to 1 on Saturdays. Closed Sunday and Monday.
