#PavillionBiz: Buy, sell, trade and order a pizza

In October, cousins Pivot Dolan and Brad Deshaw opened the Digging Wyoming Trading Post located at 2324 Missouri Valley Road in Pavillion where you can buy, sell, or trade. As avid collectors, they have “a little bit of everything,” as Pivot described it. Their inventory includes antiques, clothes, furniture, hunting and fishing supplies, tools, and so much more. They also try to keep things on hand that could be helpful around the house, like fixing a leak, so folks don’t have to go all the way into Riverton for a part.

As they prepare for their first summer open, their niece and local pizza chef Ashlee Guzman will be rolling out the Pizza Gold Mine truck that will serve the rural areas surrounding Pavillion. Their current offerings include whole pizza in two sizes, pizza by the slice, salads, breadsticks, calzones, and wings. There will also be a gluten-free pizza option.

To start out, the pizza truck will be parked right outside of the trading post, and will be open soon with the hours of Tuesday – Sunday from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. After they get up and going, they plan to have a limited delivery area of Pavillion, Johnstown, Morton, and Midvale. You’ll also likely spot them at local events in the near future. Right now, they are requesting anyone who comes to the pizza truck to please wear a facemask.

Both businesses are Native American owned and operated, Pivot shared. They are looking forward to having you stop by this summer for a slice and to help you find the item you’ve been looking for. The most up-to-date details, such as the pizza truck’s grand opening, and trading post hours, can be found on the Digging Wyoming Trading Post Facebook page.
