As you may already know, contemporary automobile systems are complex and to truly understand the inner workings of a vehicle, a hands-on skillset is where it’s at.
At CWC, students work directly on vehicles and get their hands dirty to gain the expertise needed for the industry.
Automotive service technicians must rely on a comprehensive education to become familiar with the many mechanical and electrical components found in cars of today. CWC’s program is constantly adapting to modern automotive needs; preparing their students for the workforce so they can enter the job market with advanced skills.
Graduate with an Associate of Applied Science Degree with an emphasis in one or more of the following:
- Automotive Technology
- Parts Specialist
Students must complete the general education program requirements and choose at least one of the automotive technology program options to complete the two-year degree. A student who chooses to complete two or more of the automotive technology program options will earn an automotive technology AAS degree in each program option, and each completed program option will be listed separately on the student’s transcript.
