(Riverton, WY) – The 56th annual Fremont County Agriculture Appreciation Awards are back this year. The banquet will take place at the Fremont County Fairgrounds on April 17th starting at 6 pm.
The Riverton Chamber of Commerce organizes these annual awards in an effort to honor folks who have gone above and beyond in their contributions to the Agriculture community of Fremont County.
“We really want to honor and celebrate community members who have made an agricultural impact,” Riverton Chamber Director Ashley Strickland stated.
Open to any Fremont County resident, nominations include Agricultural Man, Woman, Couple, Young Person, Business Of The Year, and general Agricultural Services.
The nomination deadline is March 31st, and applications/criteria for nominees can be found here, as well as hard copies at the Riverton Chamber. A printable form is available by clicking here.
Banquet tickets are $10 per person and include a catered dinner and entertainment to follow. COVID protocols are encouraged, as the event will take place entirely indoors.
