As a member of the Customer Service Team, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) represents one of the first points of contact for the school.
Team members are responsible for providing excellent customer service in person, and via telephone, email, and chat for school-wide offerings.
Love for the outdoors and backpacking, wilderness education, and non-profit mission a plus.
