    No other state picked Wyoming’s favorite horror movie

    When it comes to scary movies and TV shows, Wyoming is all alone with our favorite according to a study from Comparitech.

    The study used data from IMDB and Google Trends to see what residents in each state are searching for this year when it comes to scary movies and TV.

    Wyoming is watching a classic apparently as, ‘The Evil Dead’ ranks as our top Halloween-watch. The film is a 1981 supernatural horror film that focuses on a group of five college students who vacation in a cabin in the woods. The film has a pretty fantastic 95% critic rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

    ‘Halloween’, ‘The Walking Dead’, and ‘Stranger Things’ topped the most popular shows in the country.

    Utah, Idaho, and Nebraska in fact, picked ‘Stranger Things’ as their favorites. Colorado went with ‘The Shining’, South Dakota did ‘Thir13en Ghosts’ and Montana was a bit random with ‘Scream 4.’
