RESOLUTION NO. 2020-10 WAS APPROVED FOR APPOINTMENT OF A SPECIAL PROSECUTOR FROM HOT SPRINGS COUNTY.

AN AMENDED AND RESTATED COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT AMONG THE WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, CITY OF LANDER AND FREMONT COUNTY WAS APPROVED, ALONG WITH ASSOCIATED LANDER URBAN SYSTEMS ADVISORY COMMITTEE BYLAWS.

A LETTER WAS APPROVED TO GOVERNOR GORDON TO ENCOURAGE HIS WORK WITH THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE TOWARDS OPENING TETON NATIONAL PARK AND YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

THE COMMISSION APPROVED THE 2020 DISTRIBUTION OF $17,000 IN MARTHA PETERSDORF HOSPITAL TRUST INCOME TO THE REACH FOUNDATION ($8,500) FOR FURTHER DISTRIBUTION TO THE RIVERTON AREA; LANDER SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER ($6,120.00); HIGH COUNTRY SENIOR CITIZENS ($1,020.00) AND SHOSHONI SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER ($1,360); PER TERMS OF THE ORDER GRANTING INTERPRETIVE AND DECLARATORY RELIEF DATED DECEMBER 1985. THE REQUIRED CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY WAS APPROVED AS WELL.

THE CROOKED CREEK SUBDIVISION, LOTS 1, 2, 3 & 8 RE-SUBDIVISION WAS APPROVED.

THE COMMISSIONERS APPROVED OPENING COUNTY BUILDINGS UP TO THE PUBLIC ON MONDAY, MAY 18, 2020 WITH CONDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS SET SPECIFICALLY FOR THE COURTHOUSE.
