    National Museum of Military Vehicles outside Dubois slated to open August 7th

    The National Museum of Military Vehicles shared in a social media post this week that they will open to the public on August 7th, and admission will be free for the first two days.

    The museum was planned to open Memorial Day weekend this year, but due to COVID-19, it was postponed.

    Dubois resident Dan Starks has self-funded this multi-million dollar project which is the largest private collection display of military vehicles in the US. The 140,000 sq ft museum will also house a “Weapons Vault” with a variety of rare and iconic military weapons.
