    Moderate temps, windy conditions likely; widespread precipitation projected for Thursday

    (Fremont County, WY) – According to the National Weather Service in Riverton, snow continues across the western mountains today, with windy conditions at areas east of the Divide.

    The snow will taper off into Tuesday, but wind will continue through the week before a system brings widespread precipitation for Thursday into the weekend.

    Parts of Fremont County, especially in the Dubois area, may be affected by a High Wind Warning in effect for the Cody Foothills in effect today at 12:00 PM, that continues through Tuesday at 8:00 AM.

    Pavillion and Lander are set to reach high temperatures in the lower 40’s today, with the rest of the County sticking to the mid to upper 30’s.

    Lows for Fremont County are a little less frigid than the past few days as well, with most of the County staying the in the mid to lower 20’s.
