    Michelle Williams

    Michelle Williams, 65, of Lander, Wyoming passed away on November 11, 2018 at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming. Interment has taken place.

    Michelle Williams was born a June 20,1953 in Santa Monica, California to Ralph and Wilma Lee (Sims) Williams. She graduated high school in Lander, Wyoming; and went on to graduated with a degree in Arts and Sciences from University of Wyoming in 1986.

    She worked various ranch jobs, in veterinary clinics, and for a few years as a snowplow driver over South Pass for the Wyoming Highway Department. Michelle loved her Spoon and Coin collections. She valued those who were her friends. Michelle truly loved horses, dogs, and cats—they were her favorite companions.

    Her father, Ralph Williams (President of Key Bank) was very special to Michelle. They developed the Ten High Ranch, South of Lander, where Michelle lived most of her life. Brother, Greg Williams, Contractor in Houston, Texas was an important rock in her world.

    Preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Wilma Lee (Sims) Williams; brother, Greg Williams; and her beloved dog “Bowyn” a Newfoundland Retriever along with several other of her loving pet companions.
    Survivors include stepfather, Dana Sims of Lander Wyoming; step-brother, Scott Sims of Lander Wyoming; nephews, Chase and Charlie, Colton and Connor all of Houston Texas; niece, Alexa Williams of Houston Texas; and cousins, Rene and Roger Woodward of Casper Wyoming.

    Michelle was proud of being a “Flower Child” in California and Wyoming. She read Tarot cards in her youth. She laughed with, and thanked those who called her in the end before she passed, and thanked them for being in her world. She wished them…” Happy Trails.” Michelle was our little bluebird. Michelle was buried next to her father at Mount Hope Cemetery in Lander, Wyoming.
