Maverik received a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) from the Wyoming Department ofEnvironmental Quality (“WYDEQ”) dated April 12, 2019. In response, the company submitted a workplan to the WYDEQ on Thursday, April 18, 2019 for improvements at our store located in Lander, Wyoming. The WYDEQ approved the workplan on Monday, April 22, 2019.

We are deeply concerned about this issue and the community of Lander. We are in the process of identifying contractors and consultants to complete the workplan and additional fact-finding as soon as possible.
