Maven Outdoor Equipment is hiring for a Customer Support / Admin Clerk position

Maven Outdoor Equipment, a high performance sports optics company based in Lander WY is growing and looking for a member to join our strong Customer Support Team, supporting both hunting and a new line of golf products.

Customer Support / Admin Clerk (F/T)
The Customer Support / Admin Clerk will be one of our primary Customer Service points of contact (including walk in, emails, and phone calls) during business hours. This will include walking customers through basic problem solving, handling product warranty questions, answering sales questions, and guiding people through the ordering process.
This position will also be responsible for general data entry and reporting including accounting, inventory and usage, and sales.

Competencies needed:
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Very strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite, Quickbooks and Google docs/sheets desired
Ability to speak knowledgeably about golf, hunting and general optics use is preferred
