Maven Outdoor Equipment – Hiring Customer Support and Warehouse Clerk – Lander
Maven Outdoor Equipment, a high performance sports optics company based in Lander WY is growing and looking to fill two new positions.
Customer Support / Admin Clerk (Full Time)
The Customer Support / Admin Clerk will be the primary Customer Service point of contact (including walk in, emails, and phone calls) during business hours. This will include walking customers through basic problem solving, handling product warranty questions, answering sales questions, and guiding people through the ordering process.
This position will also be responsible for general data entry including accounting, inventory and usage, and sales reporting.
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Very strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite, Quickbooks and Google docs/sheets desired
Ability to speak knowledgeably about hunting and general optics use is preferred
Warehouse/Shipping Clerk (Part Time – 2 days/week)
The warehouse clerk will be responsible for daily shipping and receiving, unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards. Cleaning and organizing of shared work areas.
The Shipping Clerk also serves as a back-up customer service phone contact and will work directly with customers that have questions regarding shipping or warranty status.
Good communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills
Dependable and Reliable
Inventory, data entry and computer skills may be required
Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs
