LVHS student organizes 2nd annual Wreaths Across America Ceremony

Lander Valley High School junior Taylor Romans has been hard at work organizing the 2020 Wreaths Across America Ceremony for Mount Hope Cemetery since the inaugural ceremony last year.

The ceremony is happening at Mount Hope Cemetery in Lander on December 19th at 12:00 pm. This year’s speaker is Michael Clancy, a Lander veteran who recently returned from deployment. Full ceremony details are still in the works due to public health orders. More information will be shared in the coming weeks.

COVID restrictions have made fundraising and planning the ceremony a little more difficult this year, Taylor shared. “But the ceremony is still on!!”
