    Liquor License Public Hearing at August 11 Dubois Town Council meeting

    (Dubois, WY) – The Dubois Town Council will convene for a regular meeting on Wednesday, August 11th, 7:00 PM, at the Dubois Town Hall.

    There will be a Public Hearing on potential approval of a liquor license for Nana’s Bowling & Bakery, which begins at 7:00 PM.

    There will also be a discussion considering approval of a Malt Beverage/Open Container Permit for the Dubois Western Activities Association chariot races, as well as a business license discussion for Cutthroat Fly Shop & Adventures.

    3. Municipal Court Software – Full Court Enterprises (FCE) – The existing court software will be obsolete by the end of 2021. Implementation of municipal specific court software, FCE, was approved by the governing body on April 14, 2021 for $12,200.00. Consider approving and authorizing Mayor Meyer to sign an agreement with Justice Systems, Inc. for Justice software, (FCE). The fees remain at a one-time setup fee $12,200.00 with annual payments of $2,400.00
    4. NAYAX Unit – Water Vendor – The water vendor located at the Town shop was replaced with a unit that accepts credit/debit cards with card processing fees of 5.95% figured into the cost of the water. Consider approving and authorizing Mayor Meyer to sign a service agreement with NAYAX for cashless and remote monitoring for the new water vendor system at a monthly fee of $7.95
