Selling Fremont County assets are part of the FY 20-21 budget cuts set into motion earlier this year. Departments have merged and moved opening up two buildings.
The Fremont County Commissioners shared the following announcement today, November 30th.
The Board of Fremont County Commissioners is accepting Letters of Interest from local real estate agents to sell two county-owned buildings:
1) Former Fremont County Public Health building – 322 North 8th West in Riverton – 3656 square feet, built in 1981
2) Former Extension Office building – 130 Eugene Street, Lander – 2940 square feet – built in 1971
Letter to include experience and commission rate.
Interested parties should submit a letter by December 18, 2020, to Fremont County Commissioners, 450 N 2 nd Street, Room 205, Lander, WY 82520 OR Email [email protected]
