Have you been to the movies lately? Barry Cinemas has been ramping up with new movies every week! This week is filled with thrilling movies that promise edge-of-your-seat excitement. Two newly released films grace the screen at the Gem in Riverton. One is an action/drama/thriller and the other is a crime/horror/mystery. Get ready for a wild ride with one or both of these new movies!
The Gem Theater is showing the 2021 newly released film Those Who Wish Me Dead starring Angelina Jolie.
A teenage murder witness finds himself pursued by twin assassins in the Montana wilderness with a survival expert tasked with protecting him — and a forest fire threatening to consume them all.
The Gem is also playing the 2021 film Spiral starring Chris Rock, Samuel L. Jackson, and Morgan David Jones. A criminal mastermind unleashes a twisted form of justice in Spiral, the terrifying new chapter from the book of Saw.
Want to catch an Anime flick? The Gem is still showing the 2020 film Demon Slayer The Movie, Mugen Train. After his family was brutally murdered and his sister turned into a demon, Tanjiro Kamado’s journey as a demon slayer began. Tanjiro and his comrades embark on a new mission aboard the Mugen Train, on track to despair.
The Grand Theater is showing the 2021 film Mission Stories starring Karla Hernandez, Monica Moore Smith, and Katie Preston. Three short films inspired by true stories from the LDS mission field.
Barry Cinemas has changed its hours and will be closed Monday and Tuesday until further notice. That still leaves plenty of time to catch a great movie on the big screen. Book tickets online and save time and make sure you can pick the perfect seat ahead of time. Just click on the time of the movie you are interested in and it takes you to the “book tickets” screen.
