Last call to register for the Child Passenger Safety Training

Have you heard about events where folks get one-on-one personalized instruction on how to properly use their child’s car seat?

Do you wish to teach accurate information to parents or the general public about proper car seat usage?

The number one killer of our youth is motor vehicle crashes. And did you know that Wyoming has a misuse rate of car seats from 86% – 93%?

Partner with local agencies to help inform the public of effective child car seat usage with the Certified Child Passenger Safety (CPS) Technician Training. This 4 day training (cost $85) will expand your existing skills and increase your confidence, enabling you to better provide this valuable, lifesaving service to your community.

Documented CPS training and experience can help reduce employer and practitioner liability. Upon completion of the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) standardized course, which has both written and hands-on components of testing, you will be certified as a Child Passenger Safety Technician.

Only 25 applications will be accepted for this course. Don’t delay! Deadline to register is August 23rd.
