    Lander Valley High School celebrating homecoming week; Parade set for Friday afternoon

    It’s homecoming week at Lander Valley High School and students will have an opportunity to show off their school spirit all week long.

    The festivities began Monday with “Sleeping Beauties day.” Students were allowed to wear pajamas to class. Tuesday is “Classic Disney” day in which students are encouraged to dress in Disney-themed attire. Wednesday is Disney Heroes & Villains  day. Thursday is ‘Star Wars’ day, and Friday is “Bleed Green Day” in which students are encouraged to wear LVHS’ green and black gear.

    A pep assembly is set for students Friday at 1:00 p.m. followed by the homecoming parade in downtown Lander starting at 2:00 p.m.

    Lander football will host Torrington Friday night, and LVHS volleyball takes on rivals Riverton Tuesday.
