Due to baseball events, this Saturday’s farmers’ market will take place in the fire department area, which is adjacent to the usual parking lot. It’s at the corner of Fremont Street and City Park Drive. Please use the City Park Drive entrance. The market takes place from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
This Saturday’s market features produce, pickles, granola, granola bars, jams and jellies, salad dressing, artisan bread (toasted oat-flaxseed and golden raisin-fennel) and macarons, as well as many other tasty treats and handmade products.

2 cups roughly chopped chives
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup toasted walnuts
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
Throw it all in a blender or food processor, and enjoy!
