Lander Middle School (LMS) is planning to provide another opportunity for students to pick up needed materials for distance learning. Below are the details of the pickup provided by LMS.
Each grade level will have a designated day. We have broken up the alphabet into 3 shifts in order to ensure we are not overwhelmed. If you have more than one student attending LMS, please select one time to pick up materials for each student. I want to stress that it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that students and parents come to pick learning materials up.
We will do a curbside pickup process similar to what our local restaurants are doing. On the day and time of your pickup, please drive to 8th Street and pull into the bus lane, do not exit your vehicle. A team member will ask for your students’ names. Your students’ materials will be retrieved from inside the building and delivered right to your car.
Here is the assigned schedule of times for pick up.
6th grade Wednesday, April 8th
● A through I 8AM-10AM
● J through S 10AM-12PM
● T through Z 12PM-2PM
7th grade Thursday, April, 9th
● A through I 8AM-10AM
● J through S 10AM-12PM
● T through Z 12PM-2PM
8th grade Friday, April, 10th
● A through I 8AM-10AM
● J through S 10AM-12PM
● T through Z 12PM-2PM
If you contacted the school about receiving paper packets for distance learning, you will receive those in the mail. If you are unable to pick up materials, please contact the school, 332-4040, to make alternative arrangements.
