A 36-year-old Lander man is being accused of two counts of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine.
According to court documents from March and April 2018, the Division of Criminal Investigation worked an undercover operation, in which Keith Kuder sold methamphetamine to agents.
While DCI and Lander Police continued to work this investigation, Kuder sold methamphetamine a total of 5 times to officers before he was arrested.
On March 1st, 2019 Kuder waived his preliminary hearing. It will be transferred to District Court for arraignment at a later date.
Each count of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine is punishable by up to 20 years of imprisonment and a fine of up to $25,000.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
